Tuggeranong Tornadoes

The Tuggeranong Tornadoes Gridiron Club is a professional community oriented organisation and as such conforms to all community accepted standards and laws relating to equal opportunity, anti-discrimination and the general behaviour of our club members and our affiliates when representing our club.
As a club with a strong and growing junior component, and one which is very visible in the community, we understand the concerns of parents, and members of the community in regards to the consumption of alcohol by members of our club. It is with this in mind that the club chooses to enforce a strict rule that no alcohol be consumed by a member of the club at an ACTG or club event, unless specifically endorsed by the club. We also ask parents and family of club members (including juniors) that they also respect these rules and refrain from bringing alcohol to, or consuming alcohol at any ACTG or club event.

The club also chooses to apply a code of conduct to its players and members to ensure that their on and off field behaviour is always acceptable. Each member of the team including coaches, players, management committee members etc, is expected to adhere to this policy always.
